Bishop Dr. Broderick A. Huggins, Sr., is a full-time Evangelist, Educator and most recently a retiree as the senior pastor of Saint Paul Baptist Church in Oxnard, California, where he served for over 27 years. Since his retirement, Bishop Huggins has transitioned to his first love – Evangelism – and has most recently launched “Gospel without Borders."
Throughout his 35 years of pastoral leadership, Dr. Huggins has been a sought-after evangelist, educator, revivalist, and is considered a higher education advocate and mentor to many, including preachers and pastors. He has ministered to many communities throughout the nation and abroad while having a proven track record of church growth and administration.
