4th Annual Virtual NTA Conference Proposal Form

The Officers and Board of Directors of the National Tutoring Association invite you to submit presentation
proposals for our 4th Annual Virtual NTA Conference.

Presentation submission DEADLINE: August 1, 2023

Note: All sessions must be one hour in length with a 15 minute live Q&A session after presenting.

Presenters attend the conference for FREE! Co-presenters receive a 50% registration discount.

While we are looking for proposals that will cover a wide variety of topics such as Peer Tutoring, Program Management, Ethics and Standards, Learning Theory, Mentoring, Collaborative Learning, Diversity, sessions must adhere closely to the chosen theme of the conference: RISE: Relate. Inspire. Support. Engage.

Summary: (500 word max) If your proposal is accepted, your summary will appear on the conference website. *

NOTE: Because of the conference's online format, the NTA prefers that your session be pre-recorded. We can facilitate that recording utilizing Webex should you require help. However, if you or your organization is confident that you can present live during the conference, select the appropriate box below and submit a description of the technology you have access to.

I understand that all presenters and co-presenters will:

Register for the conference and the pay registration fee.
Be responsible for providing handouts in pdf format for posting in handout location on NTA Conference website. (Presenters are not required to provide copies of PowerPoint presentations to participants.)
Presenters agree that sessions will be recorded for later use by the NTA.
Presenters will not be paid an honorarium.
Submit any address, name, or presentation information changes in a timely fashion.
All presenters must be available live during sessions for Q&A whether the session is presented live or recorded.
