Exhibitors
are required to pay for all A/V, electrical and web
requirements. Exhibitors with more than one representative
are required to purchase full registrations for additional exhibitors.
Exhibitors may submit one proposal for presenting a concurrent session
during the conference. This session will be presented twice. The acceptance of this proposal is in no way
linked to exhibitor status and shall be reviewed with all proposals
submitted for the conference.
