Programs seeking NTA Certification must submit a detailed Program Evaluation Plan which includes the following information. Certification renewal will be based in part on a review of the initial Evaluation Plan and program outcomes.

• What information will be collected to measure program progress?
• How will program goals and objectives be measured?
• How will tutors be evaluated and monitored?
• How will students be evaluated for progress? What records will be maintained?
