Programs seeking NTA Certification must submit a Leadership Plan which includes the following information:

• Analyses of existing program
• Program Mission Statement
• Program Goals and Objectives
• Analyses of modes of tutoring to be used in program
• List of Director and Staff duties
• Job description for Tutors
• Plan for promoting the program
• Plan for recruiting and hiring tutors
• Plan for location and materials needed for the program
• Detailed plan for record keeping and confidentiality
• List of program policies and procedures
• Plan for selecting students to be tutored
